The questionnaires can be answered on all platforms, PC, Mac, smartphones, etc. The system's uptime is 99%, so if you cannot open the questionnaire, it is usually due to some form of blockage on your computer.
Good advice
If you are unable to connect to the questionnaire, you can try one of the following:
Check the internet connection
Close other open web pages
See if the questionnaire is in a new browser tab
Clear your browser history
Update your anti-virus
Update your computer
Restart your computer.
Older browsers may cause problems - we recommend updated browsers such as Chrome, Edge or Opera.
Some workplaces may have a firewall that restricts employees' access to external links. You will then either need to complete the survey from a different connection or log out of the workplace network.
